ProxyCap - небольшая программа, которая позволит вам любое приложение “выпускать” в интернет через прокси, даже если оно этого не поддерживает. Поддерживаются HTTP, SOCKS 4, SOCKS 5 прокси-серверы. Можно указать, какое приложение должно подключаться к сети с использованием прокси, и при каких условиях.
